UK comedy legend Adam Buxton asked me to do an animation of one of his songs, for his Bug tv show. The visuals were designed by my illustrator friend Sarah Brown, who has worked with me on a number of videos. I heard this video ended up in the kids section on youtube by mistake, which is kind of hilarious.

Music video for the band Bloc Party. When I was coming up with an idea for it they sent me a load of their previous videos, and as I was watching them I couldn’t help thinking how I would have done them all differently. That’s when I decided to make their new video out of all their old videos.

Music video for the band Bonobo. If it is a band, I think it might just be one guy? This was an interesting project, a landscape built out of loads of little experiments, which meant I could only see what it looked like right at the end when I pieced them all together. Luckily it turned out to look pretty cool.

Showtime asked me to make another Cyriak video. I’ve no idea what they were doing with these videos. We don’t have Showtime in the UK and I never got around to finding out what they actually are. Something like HBO? Anyhow, I fancied making a world out of spiders. Spiders within spiders within spiders. I don’t particularly like spiders, but they are horrible in such a fascinating way, I felt like they deserved the Cyriak video treatment.
